MEET OUR TEAM
The PROGRAM 15 Sports staff offers decades of experience at both the collegiate and professional levels. Evaluators and instructors have played, coached, and scouted at the highest levels of baseball and have been directly involved in players moving forward collegiately, professionally, and on to the Major Leagues.
All evaluations are performed with the goal of improving the player’s self-awareness and ability to maximize his abilities and achieve his goals. While college scholarships and professional careers cannot be guaranteed, our system has helped many players across the country accomplish these feats. Additionally, the PROGRAM 15 staff has developed a strong network across all levels that, if applicable, can be accessed to help local players.
FUTURE STARS SERIES EXECUTIVE STAFF
Jeremy Booth is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Future Stars Series (FSS), the global initiative of amateur baseball for New Balance and one of the most impactful player development and scouting platforms in the game. A former professional player and Major League scout, Booth is widely recognized as a driving force in modern MLB Draft operations, serving as a trusted advisor to front offices across Major League Baseball.
Under his leadership, the Future Stars Series has become a unifying presence in the amateur baseball landscape, with flagship events hosted by the Red Sox, Mets, Rangers, and Dodgers. In 2024, FSS alumni made up just under 16% of MLB Draft selections and 33% of participants at the MLB Draft Combine, demonstrating the program’s unrivaled influence and success in identifying and developing elite-level talent.
Booth also serves as a baseball analyst for KHOU, the CBS affiliate in Houston, and a Front Office Insider for ESPN 97.5, providing in-depth, real-world perspective shaped by decades in scouting, player development, and executive leadership. He is the author of the No. 1 Amazon bestseller Inside the Mind of a Scout, a must-read that demystifies how professional evaluators think, project, and make decisions. As a member of the media he has covered eight postseasons, All Star Games, Free Agent Drafts, Futures Games, and two Pre-Draft Combines.
Raised around MLB legends like Rickey Henderson, Eric Davis, Darryl Strawberry, Chris Brown, Tony Phillips, and Dave Stewart—thanks to his father, former agent Aaron Booth—Jeremy built his career on principles of integrity, work ethic, and service to the game. His insights and leadership are valued by top baseball minds across the game.
Standing 6’5” and 260 pounds, Booth is a commanding presence known for his direct leadership style and relentless drive to impact the game at every level. Off the field, he remains committed to helping players and families navigate the path to success with clarity and purpose.
One of Booth’s guiding principles can be found in his personal mantra:
“Note to #MyFutureSelf: stay focused, driven, and humble. Always act with integrity, and never lose sight of your purpose.”
